Troubleshooting
Diagnose common job and provider failures.
Start with the failing run or command, then check the selected provider’s capabilities, registration, and connection.
Capability or binding errors
Run relkit jobs capabilities and compare the job’s requested execution mode with the selected binding. The compiler and deployment plan report the missing capability and the provider’s actual limit.
A run is not progressing
Check worker readiness, service generation, provider health, and the run’s last attempt. Do not trigger a duplicate while a run is merely delayed; use the run ID and operation history.
Watch reconnects or shows a gap
Reload the latest run snapshot, then resume observation. Progress and stream retention are bounded and are not a durable replacement for task output.
A schedule fires twice
Check for a process-local scheduler, overlapping provider registrations, and a changed dedupe scope. Pause the schedule before removing a registration.
Deployment rollback is blocked
An old build may still own active runs or a key/registration may still be referenced. Finish or migrate those runs before retiring the generation.
Trigger is unavailable
Confirm that the backend is running and jobs list/jobs capabilities identify the selected job and
binding. Resolve missing SDK, binding and provider-readiness diagnostics before retrying. An accepted
CLI receipt proves admission; inspect the native run separately before reporting execution success.
When a trigger response is lost, retain the original operationId, idempotency key, and request digest. Show
an unknown outcome and use only the provider-certified recovery action; do not discard the handle or submit a
different payload automatically.
Check the commerce job binding against the selected provider when investigating a binding error.
The task fixture manifest is a repository reference, not an installation recipe. Preserve your own manifest and install only the packages required by your selected provider.
